Initial Meeting
A no-fee opportunity for our consultants to determine whether they can meet your needs and for you to determine if you like our style and approach.

The initial meeting will be followed by a proposed action plan and an estimate of costs. Standard components of that action plan will be initial data gathering and feedback as described below.

Information Gathering
Individual interviews with all partners or all family members and key executives gives us an understanding of all the differing perspectives. Our goal is for everyone to understand the challenges presented by all four dimensions of our model: the personal, the relational, the management and the ownership issues.

Feedback
Following our interview/assessment process, we typically convene a meeting of all key stakeholders and outline our understanding of the issues facing your group.

Project Plan
The plan will outline an integrated, systematic approach to addressing the four inter-dependent areas. Objective and skilled facilitators will focus the consulting process on organizational structures, clarity of roles, new processes for resolving differences and personal development.

The objective is to guide clients toward a consensus on practical solutions that they will therefore want to implement and follow.
